COOKIE STANDARD

Only what the experience needs.

Labarna begins first-party session analytics when a page loads so we can understand entry sources, navigation, clicks, time, performance, errors, and RAI journeys. This measurement does not wait for a consent-panel click. Labarna does not deploy advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies.

01

What cookies & similar technologies are

Cookies are small text records a website asks a browser to retain and return. They can support security, consent, language, preferences, measurement, or advertising. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, device identifiers, and software development kits.

Labarna uses first-party cookies for consent and language preference, a tab-scoped session identifier in session storage, and—only after “Accept all”—a persistent first-party analytics visitor identifier. We do not use analytics pixels or advertising identifiers supplied by third-party advertising networks.

labarna_analytics_visitorAnalyticsConnects visits from the same browser so Labarna can measure returning-visitor journeys. It is created only after “Accept all” and is removed when “Necessary only” is selected.180 days

Hosting security and access cookiesNecessaryOur hosting environment may set essential session, access, abuse-prevention, or security cookies required to deliver and protect the website. Provider-managed names and session duration can vary.Session or provider-defined

This inventory describes the live application as of the effective date. We do not invent names for provider-managed security cookies because those names may vary by security event, browser, or hosting configuration.

03

Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies perform functions required to deliver the website securely or remember the privacy choice you asked us to retain. They are not used for behavioral advertising. Blocking them through browser settings may cause repeated consent prompts, prevent access to protected content, or impair security and core functionality.

04

Language & preference cookies

The labarna_locale cookie is created only when you select a language. It applies that choice across the site and enables the correct left-to-right or right-to-left layout. If you delete or block it, the site will use your browser language where supported or fall back to English.

05

Analytics, advertising & future optional cookies

First-party session analytics begins when the website loads. It records the landing source, page and section views, clicks on interface elements, scroll depth, active time, exits, device and browser characteristics, network address and approximate hosting-provided location, performance, errors, and RAI journey stages. It does not record keystrokes, passwords, or the values typed into contact fields as click analytics.

Selecting “Accept all” additionally permits the labarna_analytics_visitor cookie so separate visits from the same browser can be understood as a returning journey. Selecting “Necessary only” removes or withholds that persistent identifier; session measurement and operational security logging continue without it. No advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracker is deployed.

If we later introduce a materially different optional purpose, we will update this Policy and provide a new or updated choice where consent is required. We will not treat a present choice as unlimited permission for an undisclosed future purpose.

06

Hosting & third-party services

The website is delivered through hosting and infrastructure providers that process technical requests and may use essential security or access technologies. A requested human follow-up is delivered through a communications provider only after you submit the follow-up information. Those providers process data for service delivery and security under their own infrastructure controls and applicable contracts.

Links to external websites open services we do not control. Their cookies and privacy practices are governed by their own notices.

07

How to control or withdraw your choice

Use the button below to reopen the Labarna consent panel at any time. “Necessary only” limits measurement to the current tab or session and removes the persistent analytics visitor cookie. “Accept all” allows Labarna to connect return visits from the same browser for up to 180 days. Session analytics begins at page load under either choice, as disclosed above.

You can also delete or block cookies through browser settings. Browser deletion clears the saved choice, so the consent panel will reappear. Controls vary by browser and device; consult the browser's help settings for current instructions.

08

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We update this Policy when cookies, providers, purposes, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where a change requires consent, the site will present an appropriate updated choice rather than silently enabling the new purpose.

09

Questions about cookies

For a cookie, privacy, or data-rights question, email support@labarna.ai. Include the browser or device involved and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive evidence by ordinary email.
