Each company uses its own cost ledger. These savings are not added together. A subcontractor’s lower delivery cost does not automatically reduce the GC’s fixed-price commitment.

Savings cover assessed completed work with reconciled costs, not the dashboard’s physical progress percentage. Budgeted and actual costs exclude VAT. Actuals include accrued delivery costs and exclude the platform and service fees shown separately. Those fees are simulation assumptions, not quoted pricing.

Incomplete stays incomplete. Work with missing costs remains pending and is excluded from recognized savings. Forecasts are kept separate from earned results; overruns remain visible.
